If that is true, then I fully agree with all the complaints. But that has not been my experience. Emergency seats always seem to be open. In fact, I was just looking at the seats maps for this friday, EWR-LAX. Of the 7 or so nonstops, 6 have window or aisle Emergency seats open as of now.
