Don't bother. You can do it yourself online. Select your departure airport, your intermediate city as your arrival, and LIT as your return. As long as you can piece together a routing with no more than a four hour layover at your intermediate city, the reservation system will treat it as a one-way and use only half of your award ticket accordingly. For example, you could book SJC-LIT on January 8 as SJC-ABQ-LIT with an actual routing of SJC-LAS-ABQ-DAL-LIT (flights 1174, 778, 1940 and 3168; yes, three plane changes

) for just one half of an award.
I'd love to see the look on the counter agent's face when you checked luggage on such an itinerary.
