You can also just remove the "CR" and just type in the numbers after it as that results in the same thing. Not all CR's are valid at all Hyatt properties FWIW..........

Make sure you enter it in the "Group/Corp #" box as the above poster stated, NOT the "Special Offer Code" box. I've unintentionally made that mistake before.
