With Hyatt I'm lost. I can enter G1, G2, whatever no response if it is OK or not. I enter my CR-Number with the format CR 12345 (including a space and excluding one) nothing happens. What do I do wrong ?

Are you entering your CR number in the Group/Corporate # field? You can enter CRxxxxx or simply xxxxx which works for me. There should not be a space between CR and numbers.
