Hi,

I'm coming over from Starwood. So I'm jus to enter my set-number and the system will tell me if it is valid and if there have been rates loaded. Once in a while there is a drop down box and I can choose a special offer.
With Hyatt I'm lost. I can enter G1, G2, whatever no response if it is OK or not. I enter my CR-Number with the format CR 12345 (including a space and excluding one) nothing happens. What do I do wrong ?
