Do airlines still give decks of cards out on request? The only airlines where i've been able to get them on recently were EVA and JAL. Most of the time the FA's say that they don't have them, but never seem to know if it's a "on this flight" case or an "airline no longer offers them" thing.

I've amassed a small collection in the past and would like to continue getting cards, though it's slightly problematic if i don't know which airlines i can get them from!
