An agent at my local CTO, which was just recently closed by UA, mentioned that one of the reasons for closing CTOs is the increase in internet booking. She also mentioned that they were working on making coupons/vouchers redeemable with internet bookings, something about entering the coupon number on the web booking form. I don't know when/if this might come about, but it would certainly be nice.
