When you take out going through customs (both ways) it would be a very short amount of time that you'd get to spend in the city and a lot of time spent sitting in traffic.

One of the Villa Maria Vineyards and wineries is fairly close by so if you're into wine grab a cab there and do a bit of tasting while you wait.
