I don't know how typical that hotel is. The single and semi-double room appear to be identical and are both 13m2 in size, as is the double room -- which appears to have a slightly larger bed in the same tiny room.

Not big enough to have a closet or wardrobe, but it does have a sort of desk, although I'd push the chair in before getting into the bed!
