Do non-US/Canada rentals count towards PC status?
I tried searching, but didn't come up with anything. Do non-US/Canada rentals count towards Pres Circle?

Also, if a car is rented on 12/29 & returned on 1/1, does that count towards 2007 or 2008? I may be cutting it real close for Pres Circle this year & wanted to check on that.
