Ive always wondered how much information is really available in one's PNR for a reservation or SM account?

Can res agents see when you last called in (sometimes when calling in multiple times to get an informed agent is necessary!)?
Can CRC agents see when you last entered a CRC?
Can an agent see when someone last accessed your record?

Ive had DL agents wish me a happy birthday just by looking in my SM account when talking on the phone! I just didnt realize how readily available information is to them.
