cblaisd .. thanks for the previous link to UA Forum .... had not seen that, and only saw (and referenced) In The News link, which was added only a few hours ago, and I almost never visit Omni. If there was anyone from FT who was on a delayed flight to Shanghai China that has a duration of 11 hours flight time, and normally lands in the evening anyway, and has not yet got near a keyboard to share the experience on FT , it does not surprise me in the least. The flight has not landed yet I imagine! And most sensible folks go to sleep after a day/long flight like that.
