I wish these places opened at 11 instead of 11:30.I am often stuck going to R&D because they are open all day.Food is ok,menu limited,waitstaif sweet but forgetful/ditzy.

And it's REALLY expensive for what it is... fries are separate?? I still like the food a lot, but not a bargain at all.
