I have had this problem with UAL. I had access to my on-line account for months and then one day I couldn't get access because of system problems. After 3wks of the same problem I called MP. When I called MP customer service we finally figured out that my account information in their computer was different than my mailing address and the info I had on the web site. Don't ask me how or why that ocurred. That was the reason. The representative updated their computer and within 2 hours I had access to my on-line account.
