I, too, am a victim of this problem, and was told today by web customer support that "we have no idea how long it will take to fix this problem."
The customer service representative told me it relates to a system upgrade they installed in the last few weeks, and that "a small unlucky few" are suffering from this problem.
I was also told "whenever it's fixed, we'll send you an e-mail, but until then, you'll be unable to access your account online."
