Thanks for the help, I do appreciate it, butI tried these things already.
Using the phone based system, I can check my account and such.
If I type the wrong password, it gives me the wrong password message, but if I type the correct password, it says account not found.
United admits its system is broken, they just won't fix it for me. As I said before, I hope someone knows a contact at United that has some control over this issue.
