For the past two weeks, I have not been able to log into ual.com, and I get the error "This Account Was Not Found." United's help desk has reset my password three times, but this did not fix the problem. Each time I have called them, they said to wait a few more days - we'll fix it when we fix it.

I have never heard of another company having its web site go down for two weeks straight. To me, this is just another example of United's contempt for its customers.

Calling customer support does not help at all. Does anyone else still have this problem? Does anyone know a number I can call to get some real help?
