I never received any in my packet, but like the others wrote...I wouldn't use them on my luggage if they did anyway for obvious reasons.

When I upgraded to Platinum several years ago, I received a couple that were embossed, non-descript metal ones with thin steel cables that attached them to the luggage.

I liked those, and still have them on a couple of pieces.

I've looked in luggage stores for generic ones, but the only things I've seen are plastic.
