I am also one of the cytric victims and I wish we could do something. But I seriosly doubt we can take legal steps. There is a law in Germany that allows to regress from a contract if one did not agree on what one actually wanted. That's a so called "Erklärungs- oder Grundlagenirrtum". My guess is that the German website did not want to sell us the ticket with the below-1000-EUR-price and can therefore regress from the contract. Just my guess. If we could take legal steps, I would love to join you guys, of course @:-)
yes but they have to declare this!! I think Opodo did this with some guys. In my point they just told me that the airlines have no interline agreement and this is a definite lie for canceling my ticket so they made a very very bad mistake for themselve. I never received "eine Anfechtung auf Grundlagenirrtum" so I am at the moment legally on the better side

§121 BGB says Die Anfechtung muss in den Fällen §§119 (die wegen Irrtum), 120 ohne schuldhaftes Zögern (unverzüglich erfolgen, nachdem der Anfechtungsberechtigte von dem Anfechtungsgrund Kenntnis erlangt hat.
This means they had to declare this recission based on mistake very very soon and as they send me an email without pointing out this error, instead they told me a lie, I think they actualy missed the deadline to declare a legal recission
