It is completely false for them to claim "Die Fluggesellschaften haben kein Abkommen miteinander..." - if the airlines involved in your itinerary did not have an interline ticketing agreement, the ticket could not have been physically issued. However, once issued it cannot be cancelled on the fictitious ground of no interline agreement. Besides, the main airlines commonly used for most itineraries for this ticket, all have agreements with one another.
At the moment I have no idea what to do, as I wrote they canceled the ticket complete and send the money back to my cc.
So I need all the help and information anybody can give me
also if here is around maybe a german lawyer who is willing to take me as "Mandantin" I am willing to push EX the hard way

I have as I wrote the "Rechnungsbestätigung" and also SQ and EX charged my cc as well as I wrote them a dissagrement to the cancelation. On my cc acount I also have the ticket number.
