Not a thing to do close to AKL. You could take the www.skybus.co.nz to the city and back. You are likely to use 45 mimutes after landing and 75-60 minutes before so you only have 4 hrs at best. 19:10 means you would be in peak Friday afternoon traffic - not good.
I would stay in the airport. Got lounge access ?
