Hi,

our family of four (2 college kids + 2 parents) is booked for Ka'anapali Beach Club during Xmas season for a week. I've never been to Maui during this busy time--wondering how this hotel/resort rates with those of you who have been there. Trip Advisor is a bit mixed. I am uncertain if this is the right place--I've heard the beach is not so great. i also am not coming on a special package or for a time share pitch.

would appreciate any thoughts as well as recommendations for where to go if i can switch to a different hotel.
