What Happened: Reward ticket from SJU-DFW. Wife's seat would not stay reclined. My seat head-phone jack was broken. Submitted online "complaint". Did not request compensation. Submitted "complaint" more as a "Hey FYI" than a true complaint.
Compensation: Very pleasant reply from CS and $125 voucher for each of us.
