Yesterday, on UA941 (FRA-ORD), the biz class menu said that the beef was from Argentinia and Brazil, but the FAs announced that other items were being substituted:

Smoked goose stood in for the bresaola,
pork stood in for the filet mignon,
and the chili was made from turkey.
