Just flew biz from AMS to ORD last week...and on the menu there's a quaint little star indicating: "Today's menu features beef imported from Argentina and Brazil." I'm not up on livestock & trade routes...but doesn't it seem easier to import beef from the U.S.? Regardless, I think I'll have the chicken.
