11 days ago I stayed at a Hilton in Edinburgh. I was checking my account this week as my past few stays have had the wrong points credited and noticed that this stay hasn't posted at all, although my stay at the same hotel 4 days ago has. I rang the Glasgow HHonors number and I was told that they can't investigate missing stays for 3 weeks and that it was the hotel's responsibility to send details of stays through for points to be posted. I explained that my more recent stay at the same hotel had already posted but apparently there is 'nothing she can do about it'. I wouldn't really bother too much but my very next stay (on Tuesday) was due to make me diamond and I'm a bit annoyed at missing out because of a missing stay.

Any suggestions or do I just need to be patient? (never one of my strong points )
