You should be able to get one at any sum store. If you don't know what that is it is a large dept. store with several phone shops. Sometimes when I am going to
a country I haven't been before I get my interpreter to buy a sim card for me, and then repay him/her for the card. Any tabac shop or newsstand should have refills for your card. hope this helps.
