OK, I'll accept that I was initially given a 32 m2 room and I guessed wrong about the size -- I was out of that room inside of about 5 minutes so didn't measure it! It's still pretty darn small.
But the extras do make it a lot more attractive value.
240 is pricey for the Churchill for a weekend night, btw, usually been running more like 160 lately when I've checked.
