Asian Fusion restaurant

I have a friend coming in to London for a few days and we are meeting for lunch on Sunday. We had planned to meet at Covent Garden and go to World Food Cafe (yes, I realize it's not Asian Fusion), but it isn't open.

It is too late to change meeting places, so I am looking for reccomendations near Covent Garden. Price isn't an issue, but I am looking for something interesting, with good food and where I can still get reservations (if needed) for Sunday lunch. Cheap, good and quirky is better than expensive, average and... average . There also needs to be the odd vegetarian option.

The title of the thread lists my preference - Asian fusion. There's apparently not much of that available in East Africa where he is coming from. Wagamamas is a last resort .

Thanks
