I called CS the first time and the person who answered the phone hardly helped me! They told me to call the hotel myself and request the room.

Then I joined this forum so I decided to call CS one more time. And I have to say the associate I spoke to was amazing!!! She not only booked the room for me, since we are going on our honeymoon she bumped up our status to gold and requested a suite upgrade. She also requested some amenities for our room upon arrival and requested a late check out date on the day we leave. I have to say I was really impressed after the rude phone call the first time.
