TravelClub/Travel Bank missing credit claim info needed

This is a first for me, but I have not received credit, for a roundtrip last week, in my travelclub account (meaning the 5$). I cannot find a good number/link to claim it on the webpage (I very well could have missed it).
Anyone here know the best number to call? Just the elite desk...? Thanks for any help.
