After short arguing they let her check-in, but said that this would be an exeption and next time, i would have to pay the full room rate

I still have a reward point break for my aunt, this would mean 50,- for cancelling the pointbreak and 250,- for the room regular rate

tommorrow i will check my mother out and i will print out the terms (where i cant find any rule that forbids me to give away the room to other persons)
and front desk shall show the rule that forbids it !!!!!!!!!
