Waited 45 minutes for 1K last night and finally got through (thank goodness for speakerphones). Agent mentioned that the delays are the result of the influx of 1Ks receiving their new SWUs. Separately, a PremEx res agent in DEN mentioned that they are now being trained to handle 1K overflow from DTW.
