If KE were to grant lounge access for ST elite members, their lounge will literally blow up. Imagine how many ST elite members are there. KE's Prestige lounge at ICN is already crowded because they allow KE's ST elite members to use the lounge up to four times every two years and the most absurdly they take all Priority Pass members in, which I think really degrades the lounge quality. KE even used to take all ST elite+ members in First lounge, which I think is terrible, but they don't do this anymore. If they want to improve their lounge quality, they should get another lounge, which is supposed to be for non-premium class passengers like Priority Pass members or KE's ST elite members.
