Evidently, you didn't read the product description. It says "
Running on a customized Linux operating system, it responds far more speedily than its Windows counterparts, but it'll run Windows XP quite happily, if you like."
Anyone who knows anything can install any operating system on any computer.
Linux is a variant of Unix. (It's actually a kernel-out workalike.)
OS X is a variant of Unix.
The only difference between them is the Jobs interface. If you like his price/performance, knock yourself out. Mac hardware costs more than all others.
