The £5.00 offline booking fee is now permanent. A communication came out in the morning to say that it was being kept at £5.00 for a further month then within a few hours we were told it is now permanent. Apparently Sepand Oct were a trial period and it has been a success and so it will stay that way. I think that £5.00 is very reasonable if you ask me especially if you consider that ba.com will now be charging £3.50.
