All I can add to this is:


NEVER, EVER, EVER USE EXPEDIA.

They don't answer the phone.
They don't listen to you.
They don't do as you request according to the fare rules.
They make up stuff like " have to call the airline, we'll get back to you on that" NOT!

Never again.
