So..
I go online, check, and not only is the same room available, it is 89 GBP per night cheaper. So, I save money, but is there any sense to this??
Unfortunately the desk staff at times can be a bit nervous....I'm sure they were oversold but the hotel decided to sell additional rooms for various reasons, I'm sure the decision to sell rooms was the correct one but the desk crew that would need to "walk" a guest had the decision been incorrect tend to be more conservative at times than they should
