I found this more recent article from February 2007 in Travel and Leisure that lists a bunch of airlines and their respective 24 hour hold/refund policies. Of particular interest to me is that JetBlue is listed as one of the airlines that do give 24-hour refunds but I was told this morning by JetBlue that it does not. Here is the link to the list:
