- 1K's can change flight times and routings domestically on the same day without penalty. This is an "unpublished" benefit.

The 1K desk does not generally folllow that policy. I always have to try to have a supervisor waive the $75 fee if I change routing (usually I get stuck with it). I often book flights through DEN for $ reasons but try and change through ORD for comfort reasons.
