Is anyone else having problems with the new EZ-Pass at specifically Terminal C parking? The arm should go up as you enter, but it never does and I have to back up and get a ticket. It has worked for me in the past, but last 2 trips it has not. I asked the cashier and she just says sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
