I thought I am one of the lucky ones, booked over EX Germany, had printet the plan with codes and yesterday my cc showed E-ticket from SQ and also fee of EX.
But then they sent me an Email that they cancel the routing because of some ........, and I wrote back that I will not accept this.
Today I have on my cc credit note of SQ and EX.

I called SQ and they told me that EX hat refunded the ticket and it does not longer exist, even if I will get EX to that point that my booking is valid they have to issue a total new ticket.

So what now? any good opinions for me? I am quite new to this business
