You can ask them to try and pull it up with your FQTV #.
There should be an AF booking code, which is not the Delta PNR ... how to find out? Can you pull up your itinerary with the Delta PNR?
I agree that what you are saying should be true... however, the AF representative told me that she
a) Tried pulling up the AF flights I was on, and search for my name, and did not find it
b) She could pull up the DL reservation, but because it was booked on the DL codeshare flight # and not the AF flight number, it "could not" have an AF PNR.
(AF seems to really like the thought of "can not"... oh well, c'est la vie.)
I thought about calling back to get another agent, but I had to wait roughly 1/2hr for the delta agent, and about 20min for the AF agent. Didn't seem worth it.
I'm still wondering who is responsible if AF strikes on 1/1 though - do I go to the Delta desk and ask to be re-accommodated, or would I go to the AF desk? (I would prefer being re-accommodated on NW/KL to the DL flight... never a huge fan of JFK-TXL as there's no opportunity for duty-free shopping)
