in my experience, these travel agencies just kick back to you some of their UA commission, and, again, from my experience only, the "discount" is on the order of $10-$20... which is still significant, but not hugely significant. have you been able to do better? and if so, can you recommend some agencies (assuming they're in the u.s. and they don't mind dealing over the phone) ?
also, do you know if these agencies can accept ua coupons?
