The WorldPerks Service Center will be able to assist you, however you should note that because of the mileage balance involved, they will require a
written request and may have additional verification steps. Regardless, the WPSC will be able to provide more detail.
Regarding promotions, the old account should merge into your current account. Any promotion you enrolled in under your current account should be unaffected.
