Book economy lowest, upgrade one leg to CE (ideally the return leg back to LON since taxes will usually be lower). You will end up with 20 TPs more than you need but it's a darn sight easier than farting about on ba.com and risking it and/or calling up to book H class...and you'll probably find on shorthaul I is cheaper than H anyway.
