Well, I have to say that was quite a trip. I got into the Virgin Clubhouse and the service was great. If I was over critical I would say that the prawns in the Thai curry could have done with a little less cooking, but who cares if everything else is superb. Also I have to agree with rorschi, LX F isn't that bad. In fact I quite enjoyed the experience. On my 1 hour stop over in ZRH I even managed to grab a shower in the F section of the Swiss lounge and afterwards I was helped through security. All in all it was great.
