For this particular promotion, only specific people received the "special sponsor/referral" form, and if you didn't receive it, you aren't eligible to participate as a sponsor. Sorry.

If you'd like to have your family members enrolled as eligible for the special bonus, please e-mail me their names and a mailing address, and I'll enroll them and send the temporary Mileage Plus membership cards with the (pre-assigned) membership numbers. I have a couple left.
