Contact NW Customer Service (either the general # or the # on your current elite card) & they should merge the accounts. Be sure to spell out which account is to survive. I recently helped a coworker recover an account that had been in limbo for 5-6 years.
If there was any duplication between the accounts (e.g. one-time things such as email signup bonuses & WorldPerk U.) some miles might disappear.
