Sorry it was more of a general question regarding the problems I have with QF (and to a lesser extent CX) booking a DONE4 with domestic segments after return to the POO.

I have only heard of one other person being successful (apart from NM) and that was based on using a current QF issued itinerary from NM as an example.

QF have refused to issue something akin to the following every time I have tried:

syd-hkg-lax-lhr-hkg-syd-adl-per-syd

Stopping over in SYD prior to the syd-adl-per-syd trip and stopping over in PER only - not in ADL.
